How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly via our website, by phone with our 24-hour desk, or by writing to our reservations team. We will reply within the same day.
What is your cancellation policy?
On most rate plans, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before arrival. Specific terms appear at the time of booking.
Are children welcome?
Children are welcome at all our hotels. Several offer family suites with separate kids' rooms and supervised activity programs.
